Flo Brill won a bronze medal.

Brill, who is a top cross-country runner with Nene Valley Harriers, came a gallant third, finishing just 15 seconds behind the winner and just five seconds adrift of the runner-up.

She was catching the two in front on the final run, but ran out of time.

Clubmate Safford Hewitt-White was in a group of three chasing hard for a podium spot in her race, but just missed out.
