City of Peterborough Swimming Club star Harriet Lee won a bronze medal at the Aquatics Centre tonight (Saturday).

The 21 year-old from Huntingdon, who set a new European record in the Women’s 100m breastroke (SB9) of 1.19.44 in her heat this morning, clocked 1.19.53 in the final to finish a close third behind Khrystyna Yurchenko of the Ukraine (1.17.81) and Sophie Pascoe of New Zealand (1.18.38).
