Dan Schiavi (right) scored for Deeping Rangers at Cogenhoe in his farewell game for the club.

Deeping were 3-1 down with 10 minutes to play. Scott Mooney then missed a spot-kick, but atoned that for that with two goals in the final four minutes either side of a fine Dan Schiavi strike. It was Schiavi’s final appearance for the club as he is moving to the United States.

Luke Andersen had scored Deeping’s goal in the first-half. Deeping are sixth in the table, but behind local rivals Holbeach United (third) and Pinchbeck United (second) who also secured impressive victories.

Jack Smith claimed a hat-trick and Josh Ford also scored as Holbeach hammered Leicester Nirvana 4-0 at Carter’s Park, while Lee Beeson’s goal was enough to see Pinchbeck home at On Chenecks.
