Elsewhere Joshua Hood, who fights under JAMA Kickboxing run by sisters Lianne, Bethany and Becky Jones, won his first ring fight.

He stepped in at short notice at the ‘Only the strong Fight Night’ in Watford.

Having only fought on mats for a year, Joshua put on an excellent display.

It was a close first round but he comfortably fought off the opposition in the final two rounds to secure a unanimous decision.
