A local skater won a British title in Glasgow at the weekend.
Calum Titmus (21) from Great Gidding successfully defended his title as British Special Olympics Figure Skating Champion for the second time at the event in Braehead.
The championships also included the NISA National Inclusive Skating Championships in which Callum won a gold medal in ice dance and medals in speed-skating as well competing against skaters from Austria, Iceland, Ireland, Finland, Canada, Scotland and Wales.
Calum, who is autistic and has severe learning difficulties is a former British Special Olympics Speed Skating Champion and last year won two gold medals at the Special Olympics Swimming Championships in Cardiff.
He attends Huntingdon Regional College and trains twice a week at Planet Ice in Peterborough.
