Liam leads the way for Peterborough Phantoms

Leading the way with an A final victory was Liam Arnett, who gained two wins and a second place in his three motos (heats) in the Male 9yrs age group.

That gave him second place overall in the final series standings.

George Fox (Male 7yrs) and Joseph Carey (Male 13yrs) didn’t compete at Norwich but had done enough in earlier rounds to become East Anglian champions.

Elsewhere at Norwich, Bradley Goulding made the A final in the Male 10yrs group and finished sixth while Leo Hornan was eighth in the Male 8yrs A final and Tyler Holt and Maciej Stodolak were seventh and eighth respectively in the Male 14yrs A final.

In B finals Daniel Arnett won the Male 14yrs age group and Luca Smith was second in the Male 8yrs class.

Leah Pearson raced against the males in the Cruiser 24 for increased competition and secured fourth place in the C final.

Bethany Campbell and Marcus Holt both made finals but failed to finish after crashing.

Jacob Elkin was second overall in the 40-44 Cruiser.
