JAIDKA CUP: Peterborough Town Jaidka Cup tie off, Fen derby to go ahead
A new date will be announced later today.
Town skipper Davis Clarke is determined his side will improve their dismal recent record in the competition.
The city side reached finals day in the National Twenty/20 competition two seasons ago, but success in the local version of the short-form game has eluded them since 2012.

Barnack are the other members of their group with only the winners going through to the semi-finals.
“The Jaidka Cup is a priority for us this season,” Clarke announced. “It’s ridiculous that we haven’t even contested the final for the last three seasons and we want to put that right this year.
“Our draw looks favourable, but we know from recent experience that we can’t afford to take any team lightly.
“We are fielding a strong side against Castor in the hope that we can get off to a good start.”
