Wisbech St Mary lads take the title by winning their last game

Wisbech St Mary Under 12s clinched the Junior Alliance League Division Three title on Sunday after winning their final game.

They beat Glinton & Northborough Black 3-0 with goals by Joshua Kirby (2) and Kian Pooley to put themselves beyond reach of Bourne, who still have two games to play.

Whittlesey Blue are the Under 12 Division Two champions and they beat Hampton Blue 3-0 in their penultimate game with goals by Joe Scott (2) and Zachary Roan.

In Under 12 Division One, Baston warmed up for their League Cup final showdown with Deeping Blue this weekend by beating Hampton Navy 2-0 thanks to goals by Joshua Ford and Keelan Walker.

The Baston v Deeping final is one of three junior cup finals to be staged on Sunday.

They play at Chestnut Avenue at 1pm and at 10.30am at the same venue the PFA Under 11 Cup final between Feeder Soccer and Yaxley takes place.

And also at 10.30am over at Stonalds Field, Whittlesey, there is the Under 12 Hereward Cup final featuring Kings Cliffe and Wisbech St Mary.

Wasps are looking good for the Under 14 Division One title.

They made it 13 wins from 13 games on Sunday when taking the honours 6-0 at King’s Lynn thanks to goals by Connor Bell (2), Taylor Horne (2), Jazleigh Fife and Tychique Muendo.

Bell is the division’s top scorer with 37 goals from 18 matches.

March Soccer School are favourites to land the Under 14 Division Two crown.

They have a seven-point advantage at the top after a 4-2 win over Bourne Claret on Sunday. Their scorers were Adam Brady (2), Connor Farrell and Jay Rout.

Under 14 Division Three leaders Stamford beat Feeder 6-3 while second-placed Oundle trounced Rippingale 11-1 with Harvey Sadler helping himself to four goals.
