And the draw today was in no small part down to the brilliance of central defender Ryan Tafazolli who scored the equalising goal in the second-half to cap off a terrific display.

John Marquis had given Doncaster the lead in the first-half.

Aaron Chapman: Made some excellent low saves, in particular his early effort to tip Rowe’s shot onto the post. But was fortunate to get away with spilling one effort and was easily chipped for Marquis’ goal 7

Jason Naismith: Rarely had the chance to push on into the final third. Posh looked weaker when he was moved into a back three 6

Rhys Bennett: Looked nervous under the bouncing ball and struggled at time with Marquis but won his fair share of headers 5.5

Ryan Tafazolli: Blocked a Doncaster effort early in the first-half and was still at it towards the end. Add in being dominant in the air and a goal and you have a superb performance 8
