Young Peterborough United goalkeeper Dion-Curtis Henry has been invited to a senior England goalkeeping training camp at the FA Centre, St George’s Park later this month.

The 17-year-old will join other goalkeepers from across the country at the camp on April 27-28.

Posh boss Dave Robertson said; “It is fantastic news. Dion is a great talent and one that we have high hopes for. We have had a number of Premier League club enquire about Dion, but he is doing a brilliant job for us here at Peterborough United.

“He has performed very well in the under 21s despite being a first year scholar and has also been the regular deputy for Ben Alnwick in the first team. This will be a great experience for him and I know he is looking forward to it.”
