Eighteen signings have been made by third tier clubs in the last seven days including the arrivals of Ronnie Edwards and Ethan Hamilton at Posh.
Charlton Athletic have made their first two signings of the summer after overcoming ownership issues which leaves just Ipswich Town and Wigan Athletic as the only clubs yet to announce a new player, although the Tractor Boys are close to unveiling goalkeeper David Cornell, full-back Stephen Ward and forward Oli Hawkins.
Among those to move out of League One include former Posh player Kieran Sadlier who has joined Championship outfit Rotherham United.
Among those to move into the third tier is a former Posh hotshot.
Here are the top League One signings of the week...
1.
JORDAN GRAHAM (Gillingham): A 25 year-old midfielder who has played for eight different clubs and made just 52 Football League appearances, but he spent the second half of last season on loan with former Posh boss Steve Evans who saw eough to sign him on a free transfer from Wolves.

JOE WALSH (Lincoln): After almost 150 games for the club midfielder Walsh (pictured left) was deemed not good enough for Russell Martin's MK Dons revolution, but the Imps have picked up a decent player for nothing. Photo: Pete Norton (Getty Images). Photo: Midlands
3.
ALEX MACDONALD (Gillingham): It's no surprise to see Steve Evans getting into his transfer market stride, although he's taken something of a gamble by taking a midfielder who was released by League Two side Mansfield at the end of last season. MacDonald (pictured right) played for Evans at Mansfield and also played for Burnley in the Championship. Evans, who was linked with a move for MacDonald when Posh boss, said: "Alex is a top League One player when his mind is on the job. It's not a big-name signing, but the fans will love him." 4.
ALEX GILBEY (Charlton): The Londoners celebrated the lifting of a signings ban by signing this gifted midfielder from MK Dons. He's 25 so should be approaching his peak. Photo: atex.scriptmanager
