Fatigue might well have played a part for a Posh side who were involved in a gruelling midweek battle while Rochdale’s players had the week off.
Ratings key: 10-Brilliant, 9-Outstanding, 8-Very Good, 7-Good, 6-Okay, 5-Poor, 4-Dreadful.
1.
CHRISTY PYM: He's started to look a little shaky. One poor punch led to a corner and it looked like he could have done more to keep out the second Dale goal. His manager didn't appear happy with his kicking either 5.5.
2.
NATHAN THOMPSON: Played at the heart of the Posh back three and was comfortably the best defender. Composed on the ball. started many attacks and sharp enough to win a match-saving penalty. Outjumped in the build-up to the first Dale goal 7.
3.
DAN BUTLER: Worked hard, but his crossing was weak and he looked out on his feet by the end. Beaten by a long cross for the third Dale goal 5.5.
4.
FRANKIE KENT: Solid defensively, but without his usual level of command. Came forward with the ball well at times 6.5.
