Niall Mason: The best of the back three as he defended robustly and he popped up with a fine headed goal, his first for the club 7

Ronnie Edwards: He’s up against it physically, but he is coping. Very stylish and cool in possession 6

Frankie Kent: Made some fine clearances from crosses in the latter stages. Indifferent before then 6.5

Idris Kanu: Rampaged forward from right-wing back at every opportunity. Goes to ground too quickly when defending 6

Harrison Burrows: Very good going forward down the left. Created the third goal with an accurate cross and came close to scoring himself. Slotted his penalty home classily 7

Ethan Hamilton: Strong and powerful in the centre of midfield, while also passing the ball well. Thumped his penalty into the back of the net 8

Louis Reed: High class goal direct from a free kick and played very well, particularly in the first-half when he was at the centre of most good things. Took his penalty well 7.5

Flynn Clarke: Scored early on with the help of a goalkeeping disaster and went on to play with great skill and composure on the ball. He’s a strong lad for 17 and he stepped up to stroke home the fifth Posh penalty 7.5

Jonson Clarke-Harris: Pitched up looking much fitter and linked up play well. Showed good vision on a couple of occasions. Substituted at half-time which was planned 7

Serhat Tasdemir: He has fast feet and passes the ball accurately. Some lovely touches during a promising display 7

Substitutes

Mo Eisa (for Clarke-Harris, 46 mins). Never really got into the game despite plenty of hard running. Scorde his penalty though 6
