Ferguson is a candidate for manager-of-the-month after Posh won six and drew one of their seven third tier fixtures and soared to the top of the table as a result.

Dembele is in line for the player-of-the-month prize after scoring five goals, including a hat-trick against Shrewsbury, in October. The 24 year-old was also credited with two goal assists.
