Booking for Ward for taking too long to take a throw in. Posh have had a good minute of the ball in Cardiff’s half before the Bluebirds pick up again.

He’s looked so dangerous all night and Flint has now got his goal. Marriott loses control on the ball in the opposing half. Allows Pack to ping in a wonderful cross from the right and Flint rises well above anyone and beats Pym at his near post.

Another corner to the back post, Flint heads it down and Knight hoofs out of play. All Cardiff.

It is Randall but for JCH,

Burrows looking tired, gives away the ball as Posh try to break. Should be time for Randall because of that Cardiff win a corner from Butler’s block and it;s a great ball in. Flicked on at the near post and its just begging for any touch and it’s a goal . Posh lucky it drops wide.

Cardiff subs 77 mins

Bacuna off, Colwill on

Collins off for Marcus Harris

Cleared away but Cardiff get the chance to sling in another throw. A bit of panic stations but Posh scramble it away. The ball is coming back now instead of sticking upfront and Cardiff are gaining control.

Corner, well up from Thompson to head away. Moments before Cardiff wanted a penalty when Moore was sent to the floor by Kent but he got all of the ball.

First lull in the game for a few minutes. Posh have kept the same formation without Beevers, Knight has slotted into the back three and Hamilton has replaced him. He will presumably look more comfortable there in his natural position.
