Great news for Peterborough United as Clarke-Harris given the all clear after an ankle scan

Peterborough United received a boost today as a scan on the ankle injury suffered by top scorer Jonson Clarke-Harris last night showed no significant damage.

Clarke-Harris limped off 15 minutes from time after scoring the only goal in a 1-0 win over Plymouth Argyle at the Weston Homes Stadium.

The 26 year-old was sent for a scan this afternoon and was given the all-clear.

There is some swelling on the ankle, but Clarke-Harris has not yet been ruled out of Saturday’s FA Cup-tie with Chorley.
