LIVE: Gillingham vs Posh

Posh in trouble again, Dack with a disguised pass in the box to Andrews, Fernandez reads it though and blocks the shot.

The home side starting to control things again.

Bilokapic called into action again, a lung busting run from debutant right back Webster, he brings the ball half the length on the pitch before shooting across goal and the Posh keeper has to push the ball away, which he does well.

Short one to CCC, sends in an in-swinger. Cleared but Posh come again. Ball worked into Odoh in the middle, tries to slip in CCC as he runs towards the penalty spot, brought down but waves away the Posh protests.

Posh have looked better since the goal, Hayes wins a corner.

CCC loses the ball in the final third and then gives away the foul.

Dack sends in the free-kick and Giles rises highest and plants his header towards the bottom corner and Bilokapic has to touch it around the post.

Gillingham win the ball at the far corner from the corner but Posh get the block in.

Out of nowhere, Posh take the lead.

Long ball out to CCC on the left, he goes past one and sends in a low ball to Jones in the centre and he pokes home from close range.

Fernandez needed again to head out a good Coleman cross, the home side on top now.

DOB gives the ball away on the edge of his own box. Shot comes in from Clarke, good deflection behind from Fernandez.

Posh get the corner away.

Gillingham doing well in this first ten, Posh not having much joy coming forward and they’re keeping hold of the ball well.

Gillingham having some down the wings early, they win a corner which Fernandez heads out and Dack volleys the rebound from 30 yards, well over though.

Jones now breaks away down the right, great pace to beat his man but his cross is blocked and runs into the hands of the keeper.

Posh just passing it around the back in the early stages before giving the ball away and away sprints Gbode and into the box.

Sparkes tackles him from behind and the winger goes down, shouts for a penalty but ref not interested.
