Chorley will take the game to Peterborough United, and when the non-league side knocked Wolves out of the FA Cup
Chorley will start the match as massive underdogs as they are 88 places below Posh in the UK football pyramid.
Bur Vemiglio, who combines management with a full-time job as a primary school headteacher, told the Lancashire Post: “It does my head in when I see FA Cup ties and the teams who are the underdogs don’t really show what they are about. They just sit in and then end up conceding and then conceding again.

“But we are certainly going to try to start the game well and put them under a little bit of pressure early on and see how they cope with that.
“If they start to see a lot of the ball, start to get through us then we will re-adjust. We will have plan A, B and C.
“Our concentration is 100% on Peterborough, but you can’t help but dream about if you did get through what that would be like.
“We are only humans and we do dream.”

MEN OF CHORLEY
Vermiglio led Chorley into the National League for the first time in the club’s history in 2018, but they were instantly relegated, unjustly accoring to some as the pandemic caused most of non-league football to be halted without promotion or relegation.
In fact Chorley were the only non-league team in the entire country to be relegated last season.
Vermigilio’s assistant is Andy Preece, a former striker for Stockport and Northampton Town amongst others.
