New midfielder Gwion Edwards should play. He came through his first hour of action against Norwich unscathed.

“I missed the first two games because of a little niggle,” Edwards explained. “It was nothing serious and I felt fine in the Norwich match.

“We matched a team who were in bthe Premier League for an hour and we probably should have taken the lead, but it was a good run-out and it should be the same again against West Ham.

“All the new signings have settled in well.”
