Peterborough Northern Star Ladies have a second chance to progress in the Womens FA Cup on Sunday.

They lost to Bar Hill 2-1 in a second qualifying round tie a couple of weeks ago but a protest made before the game to the FA about the size of the Bar Hill pitch was successful.

The result was declared void and the tie switched to Chestnut Avenue with a 1pm kick-off.

Star warmed up for the match by beating Arnold Ladies 5-1 in the East Midlands League to make it five wins out of five.

Donna Nicholls set up Rachel Adkin for the first goal after 20 minutes and the same pair combined again 10 minutes later to make it 2-0. Samara Iredale made it 3-0 before Arnold pulled one back before half-time.

Nicholls scored her second and then Adkin completed her hat-trick with an unstoppable 20-yard shot.

Star are second in the table - three points behind Eastwood, who have played three games more.
