CRICKET: Pre-season nets and matches for Peterborough Town

Prospective new members are welcome to attend.

Town will be seeking to regain their Northants Premier Division title in 2016. The city side won the title in 2012, 2013 & 2014 before surrendering it to Rushden CC last summer.

Town run three senior teams on Saturdays and two on Sundays. They also compete in midweek Twenty/20 competitions. As well as the Northants Premier Division, Town have sides in Northants Division One, Hunts Division Two and Rutland Divisions One and Five.

Town have again entered the National Club Championships this season. They have been draw an home to Leighton Buzzard CC in a first round tie that will take place at Bretton Gate on Sunday, April 24.

Town, who will be skippered for the first time this season by opening batsman David Clarke, start their Northants Premier Division season at home to Wollaston on Saturday, April 23.

The city side have friendlies at first and second XI away at Kibworth CC on April 16.
