The second half was more of the same with Peterborough controlling the game throughout. Numerous chances were created from excellent attacking runs from a formidable performance from player of the match, Anna Faux.
City were unlucky to increase their advantage as they continued to demonstrate excellent teamwork and tenacity.
City remain third ahead of a trip to Harleston seconds next Saturday (October 13).
