Eliza in top six at British Championships
Oundle school girl Eliza Mardon (9) finished sixth in the Under 11 age group at the British Modern Biathlon Championships in Solihull at the weekend.
The Laxton Junior School pupil, who runs for Peterborough AC and swims for City of Peterborough (COPS), was first from the Eastern Region. The event involved an 800m run and 50m swim.
