Saad Sait scored a try for Oundle.

The high-flying Eagles won 26-21 at Northampton Casuals and ended their promotion-winning campaign as runaway Midlands Division Three East (South) champions.

The bonus-point win - secured with tries by Toby Snelling, Nick Bates, Joe Sagoe and Saad Sait and three Craig Tandy conversions - meant Oundle finished 21 points clear of runners-up Stockwood Park.

Oundle also reached the semi-finals of the national RFU Senior Vase competition.
