All the big weights came to long range feeder tactics with Rob Scotting leading the way with 78lb 14oz. That was just enough to see off the late challenge of Shane Desmond, who weighed in 74lb 12oz. Then came Pat Woods on 64lb 13oz and Michael Reeves with 60lb 10oz.

FLOAT FISH FARM

Weights continue to improve at Float Fish Farm Fishery.

In the Over 55s match on the Wagtail Pool, Tom Wilson put a level 50lb to the scales from peg nine for the match win. The Spalding rod alternated between the pole and feeder with pellet, netting fish to 5lb.
