Webb’s AC had a good turnout for their pairs match on the Kingfisher Pool at Float Fish Farm Fishery.

Top pair were John Hill and Ken Matthews with 30lb, then came Mick Linnell and Colin Clark with 13lb 2oz followed by George Scally and Pawel Firka on 9lb 2oz.


Craig Woodhouse won the Peterborough & DAA pike and zander match at Ferry Meadows with 27lb. He caught two big pike and a fantastic zander of 8lb 2oz, a difficult species to catch these days.

Szymon Skoczen took one fish of 7lb 8oz to claim the runner-up spot, then came Kevin Layton on 6lb 2oz.
