ABAX staff taking part in the 22 Push-Up Challenge

Employees gathered at the ABAX Stadium to take part in the challenge that aims to raise awareness of the effects of post traumatic stress on military service personnel and their families.

It began within military circles in the USA filming themselves doing it then uploading it to social media and it has caught on.

Lauren George, a Marketing Assistant at ABAX said: “Taking part in the 22 Push-Up Challenge is a great way to raise awareness of veterans’ mental health and PTSD.”

Sixteen members of ABAX’s UK team, including Chief Executive Chris Miller, took part in the challnege and the video had 3,000 views within 24 hours of being uploaded to Facebook.

Well known people who have taken part in the challenge include Fast and Furious duo The Rock and Scott Eastwood and Jurassic Park actor Chris Pratt.
