A dad of five wrongly diagnosed with liver cancer completed a 60 mile cycle ride to Skegness on behalf of the charity that helped him through his darkest days.
Four weeks after the devastating diagnosis in June Rick Barton was told the tumour was benign. On Sunday Rick was joined by a group of friends cycling from his home town of Peterborough to Skegness. The Cathedral to Clock Tower ride has raised £7,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support. Rick has been inspired by the success of the venture to plan further charity challenges.
