Seven people, including two children, were injured after a three vehicle crash in Spalding on Sunday.
A Mini, a Nissan Micra and Vauxhall Vivaro van all collided on the A16 near Childers’ South Drove at 10.20am.
A 48 year-old woman who was in the Mini and a 65 year-old woman from the Micra were flown to Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham, where their condition is described as stable.
The others in the Micra, a man (68) who was driving, woman (39), boy (9) and girl (8), all from the Peterborough area, plus a man (49) from Grimsby who was driving the Mini, were all treated at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston, for less serious injuries.
However, the driver of the van was unhurt.
