Peterborough commuters face cancelled trains and hour delays to and from King’s Cross

Trains have been cancelled between Peterborough and London King’s Cross this morning, with commuters facing delays of up to an hour.

LNER said the problem on the East Coast Main Line was due to damage to the overhead electric wires.

Disruption is expected until 3pm.
