Man dies after collision on A14 in Cambridgeshire

A man has died in hospital after he was involved in a collision on the A14 at Girton on Monday (July 27).

Paul Brown, 62, of Ramsden Square in Cambridge, was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital with serious injuries after the Ford Focus he was driving was in collision with a Fiat Doblo and a Vauxhall Insignia.

The collision happened at just after 1pm at the junction with Huntingdon Road and The Avenue.

Paul was taken to hospital with critical injuries and sadly died yesterday evening (Tuesday).

The driver of the Fiat, a woman in her early 40s, suffered minor injuries, while the driver of the Vauxhall, a man in his early 40s, was uninjured.
