Major blaze closes A605 between Peterborough and Whittlesey
A major blaze at King’s Dyke closed the A605 between Peterborough and Whittlesey.
Four fire crews and a water carrier were sent to the scene on Tuesday evening shortly before midnight.
Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service said the fire was outdoors and involves pallets and plastics.
The road was closed, but Cambridgeshire police said at 5.30am that is has now re-opened.
