A cyclist suffered serious injuries in a crash which shut Lincoln Road in Peterborough this morning, Monday November 2.
The incident occurred at the junction with Bright Street at about 8.10am, and involved a cyclist and a van.
An East of England Ambulance spokesman said: “Two ambulances were called. A female cyclist, aged in her 30s, has suffered serious injuries to one leg and both hands.
“She has been taken to Peterborough City Hospital for more treatment.”
Cambridgeshire Police have now cleared the collision and the road has reopened.
