Broken down vehicle on Peterborough parkway causing long delays
There are long delays for commuters this evening due to a broken down vehicle.
The vehicle has broken down northbound on the Frank Perkins Parkway between Stanground and Boongate.
Police said there will be long delays and to avoid the area.
