UPDATE: Car on roof on Fletton Parkway after multi-vehicle crash

Police say three vehicles were involved and a Vauxhall Insignia has overturned onto its roof.

The crash took place eastbound on the slip road leading from Fletton Parkway to the Hampton roundabout.

The slip road was blocked and Fletton Parkway was down to a single lane causing queues back to the A1M.

Ambulance, fire crews and police attended the scene.

Ambulance crews have said they have treated three “walking wounded.”

The carriageway was cleared at around 11am.
