Three-year-old hurt in collision outside Peterborough school
A three year old child suffered head injuries after being struck by a car outside a Peterborough school this morning.
The youngster suffered the injuries on Cleveland Court outside Gunthorpe Primary School.
A Cambridgeshire police spokesman said: “We were called at 8.55am this morning by the ambulance service with reports of a collision in Cleveland Court, outside Gunthorpe Primary School, involving a silver Mercedes and a three-year-old child.
“The child suffered minor head injuries.”
