Man hospitalised after crashing car while trying to flee from police in Peterborough
A man was hospitalsied after crashing in Peterborough while attempting to flee from police.
Officers attempted to stop a Mercedes in Central Avenue at 12.20am this morning, Friday September 14, but the vehicle took off at speed.
It left the road at junction of Scalford Drive and Eastern Avenue.
The driver was taken to hospital as a precaution.
No arrests have yet been made but the collision is being investigated.
