Lucky escape for driver after car and trailer overturn on A47 at Castor

A motorist has a lucky escape when a car and trailer flipped over on the A47 at Castor near Peterborough yesterday.

Police were called at just after 3pm on Sunday, June 26, to the eastbound carriageway where a Jaguar S-Type pulling a trailer and overturned.

Thankfully the only thing damaged was the car and the driver escaped without injury.
