Drivers told to avoid Frank Perkins Parkway after second crash on same day
For the second time today there has been a crash on the Frank Perkins Parkway.
Police said the crash was heading towards Stanground from Boongate.
Police said: "Traffic is currently at a standstill. Avoid the area if possible."
However, recovery has now taken place and traffic is moving again.
