The Phoebe Research Fund is set to host its first big event on September 3, to help raise vital funds for those who suffer from the rare genetic skin disease called Epidermolysis Bullosa or EB, where the skin blisters and breaks away at the slightest touch.

Five-year-old, Phoebe Crowson, from Stamford was born with EB, and has spent her childhood living in pain. Phoebe’s mum, Zoe decided to start her own charity, The Phoebe Research Fund to help raise money for research into her daughter’s condition.

The charity dinner and auction will be the first major event for the The Phoebe Research Fund, and already looks set to be a fabulous night for all involved.

On the night, auction prizes will include a signed Arsenal shirt, donated by ex Arsenal player Brian Hornsby, a pamper day at Ragdale Hall, golf for four people at Stapleford Park and an Aston Martin for a weekend.

The event is being sponsored by HotSpring Spa World in Peterborough which has already donated a spa for the charity raffle.

Tickets for the event are £50 each, which includes a three course meal, welcome drink and entertainment.
