Speed safety is a winning message
A Peterborough schoolgirl is helping keep motorists safe after coming up with a winning road safety message.
Ayshe Hinc (10) won the Design a Road Safety Banner Competition run by school uniform supplier Recognition Express Peterborough and national road safety charity Brake.
Ayshe, who is a pupil at Alderman Jacobs School, urged drivers to slow down on the city’s roads.
The school was presented with a banner of Ayshe’s design, and more than 580 high visibility drawstring bags for pupils, all donated by Recognition Express, while Ayshe also picked up a trophy.
