Special celebrations for Nepalese Society

The Peterborough Nepalese Society held a special fundraising party in the city this weekend.

The group, which has around 110 families in it, held the special celebrations at The Solstice in Northminster on Sunday.

The society, which raises money for charity work in the UK and in Nepal, invited Mayor of Peterborough Cllr Chris Ash to the celebration.
