Spalding fire tragedy: first victim is named
The name of one of the three victims killed in a Spalding house fire on Sunday, May 1 has been released this morning (Wednesday).
He was Marian Mariusz Laczynski (38), a Polish national.
Coroner’s officer Kev Chamberlain said Mr Laczynski’s relatives have been informed of his death and inquiries are continuing to establish the identities of two other men who died in the fire in Tower Lane.
He said the investigation into the cause of the fire is continuing, but it is not believed to be suspicious.
An inquest will be held at a later date.
