Soaked runners make a splash at Peterborough's Great Eastern Run
The heavy rain could not dampen enthusiasm at the Great Eastern Run yesterday (Sunday, October 14).
Thousands of runners pounded Peterborough’s streets for 13.1 miles to raise huge amounts for charity.
Many also took part in the fun run.
PT photographer David Lowndes battled the elements to capture many of the runners taking on the course.
Information on the winners can be found on the PT’s website.
