Children at Dogsthorpe Infants School held the special assembly this week to mark their achievements at the 11th Peterborough Children’s Film Awards, which were held last month. Parents were invited to attend the assembly, where the films were screened again.

The pupils at the Dogsthorpe school picked up the prize for early years film, for their Bugs V Popplebeans film, the top prize for years 1 and 2 for Stop Thief, and the Warwick Davis Award for Bugs V Popplebeans.

They also picked up a number of runners up trophies during the glamorous night.
