The re-enactment took place at the Peterborough tower today (Saturday) - and will take place again tomorrow.

A spokeswoman for Vivacity said: “We have had a series of medieval activities at the tower, including seeing it being overrun by brigands.

“This is something that really happened in the 1300s.

Performances will take place at 11am and 2pm tomorrow. The tower will be open between 10am and 4pm.

Tickets cost £4 for adults, £3 for concessions or £10 for a family ticket.
