PT photographer to show off shots

An evening with David Lowndes will take place at the Peterborough Salvation Army in New England on Wednesday 15 March 2017 at 7.30pm.

In his 44 years as a photographer for the Peterborough Telegraph, David has covered everything from royal visits to major incidents. Not only has he seen 45 Peterborough mayors and five bishops, he’s also had the chance to interact with five MPs and 20 Posh managers.

Mayor of Peterborough, councillor David Sanders, said: “David is one of the most well known faces across the city because of the sheer number of people and events he has photographed across his career.

“I know he has some fascinating stories to tell so it should be an interesting evening. You may even spot yourself in one of the photographs he shares on the night!”

All proceeds from the evening will go to the Mayor’s charities which are Motor Neurone Disease Association, Royal Air Force Association and Salvation Army Good Neighbours Scheme.
