Brook Street car park in Peterborough city centre will close for two weeks from Monday August 3 for resurfacing works.

The council is investing £80,000 resurfacing the car park, improving drainage and relining bays to improve the condition of the car park and make it easier for residents and visitors to use.

Signs will be put up in the car park to advise visitors of the forthcoming closure and alternative arrangements in place.

Motorists are encouraged to take advantage of low parking rates at both the Wirrina and Dickens Street car parks which are £3 and £2.30 all day respectively.
