The £120 million revamp of Fletton Quays has been unanimously approved by Peterborough City Council’s Planning Committee this afternoon, Tuesday December 8

The outline application is for 280 homes, a 160-bed hotel, two office blocks and restaurants, but the 30-year wait to redevelop Peterborough’s South Bank had been labelled as uninspiring.
