The annual Werrington Scout and Guide Carnival is returning this June and this year promises to be bigger and better than ever before.

Crowds can enjoy a procession of colourful floats, entertainers and a brass band who will be travelling through Werrington on June 27, starting at Wells Close at 1.30pm and finishing at Werrington Primary School.

On the school field there will be lots more fun to enjoy including games, stalls and refreshments. Along with the arena and stage which will feature a number of entertaining shows including dog agility, gymnastics and performances from local musicians and dancers.

If you are interested in being in the carnival, that raises funds for Werrington Scouts and Guides, please call organiser, Julie Cox on 01733 759219 or 07810025326.
